During
The express facial is a relaxed 30-minute cleanse and hydration. LED light feels gently warm while you rest with eye protection. RF feels like a building warmth and finishes with the gold mask. Cryotherapy feels cold and tingly in short passes. Your specialist checks in with you throughout every facial.
After
There is no downtime with any of our facials. Skin may look slightly pink or flushed for up to an hour after LED, RF or cryotherapy. Makeup can usually go on the same day. Wear sunscreen, and if you are starting a series, book your next visit before you leave.

Our cryotherapy applicator is chilled to −6 °C and used in brief, controlled passes: contact cooling, not a nitrogen chamber.

Every treatment is non-invasive, with no needles and no downtime. We are open until 8 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, plus Sunday afternoons, with free mall parking.

HydraFacial is a branded treatment and is not on our menu as such; we do offer a hydrating facial (the $125 Express Hydrating Facial) and a Hydra Facial on request — ask when you book. If hydration is your main goal, your specialist will suggest which one suits your skin.
How often should I get a facial?
For a simple refresh, many people book about once a month. For a goal such as a firmer or brighter look, a typical starting point is a series of four to six sessions, often one to two weeks apart, then maintenance about once a month; your specialist will tailor the plan. Our facial packages of 2, 3 or 4 LED facials make a series easier to plan. Results vary from person to person.
Is there downtime after a facial?
No. None of our facials have downtime. Skin may look slightly pink or flushed for up to an hour after LED light, radio-frequency or cryotherapy, and makeup can usually go on the same day.
