Where Vearitea is, exactly

Vearitea Wellness Spa has one location. We are inside Hulen Mall at 4800 S Hulen St, Suite 1110, Fort Worth, TX 76132. The mall sits on the south side of I-20 at Hulen Street, in southwest Fort Worth, which makes it easy to reach from most of the city and from the suburbs to the south and west.

If you type our address into a maps app, it will bring you to the mall itself rather than to our door. That is normal for a suite inside a shopping center. Once you are on mall property, the rest of this guide takes over. If anything is unclear on the day, call us at (214) 447-7748 and we will help you find us.

Driving in from I-20

From I-20, take the exit signed for Hulen Street. It is the same exit whether you are coming from the east, through Arlington and the I-35W interchange, or from the west, through Benbrook. At the end of the ramp, head south on Hulen so that the freeway is behind you. The mall entrances come up quickly, so stay in the right lanes and watch for the mall signs.

Late-afternoon traffic on I-20 can be slow. If your appointment is after 4pm, give yourself ten extra minutes. A calm arrival makes for a better treatment, and our late policy, covered below, is easier to meet when you have a cushion.

Coming along Hulen Street

If you are already on the Fort Worth side of things, Hulen Street is the simplest approach. From the TCU area, Tanglewood or the Camp Bowie corridor, head south on Hulen and cross I-20. The mall is on the far side of the freeway. From Crowley, Burleson or the neighborhoods to the south, head north on Hulen and the mall is just before you reach I-20.

Either way, look for the signed mall entrances rather than turning at the first retail driveway you see. If you miss an entrance, there is no harm in taking the next one.

Parking is free

Mall parking is free, with nothing to validate. Choose any lot. Accessible spaces are marked in the lots closest to the mall doors, as they are at most shopping centers.

Most clients park once and walk through the mall to reach us. On a hot afternoon it can be more pleasant to park a little farther out and walk the air-conditioned concourse than to circle for a close space. If you are carrying product purchases home, we are happy to tell you which mall exit is nearest the lot you used.

Which entrance is closest to Suite 1110

Hulen Mall has several entrances, and the one that works best depends on where you park. Rather than publish an entrance that might change, we ask that you request the nearest entrance when you book. We will tell you where to park and which doors to use, and the walk from there is short.

Once inside, look for Vearitea on the mall directory, or call us and we will guide you the rest of the way. If you prefer, call us from the parking lot and we will point you the right way. First visits often go more smoothly with a quick call, and we do not mind at all.

Our hours and choosing a time

We are open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 9pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm. If you prefer a quieter visit, ask us when you book and we will suggest a time.

Appointments are reserved by time, so a booking is the surest way to be seen at the hour you want. You can book online or call us. If you plan to pair a treatment with shopping, a morning appointment leaves the rest of the day open and lets you start the day with your treatment rather than end it tired.

If you are running late

Life happens. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so the client after you is not delayed. Each treatment is timed, and compressing a 60-minute facial into 40 minutes would not serve you well. We would rather reschedule than rush. A quick call as soon as you know you are delayed helps us plan, and we will do what we can on the day.

Our cancellation policy asks for 24 hours of notice. If you need to move or cancel, let us know a day ahead and there is no issue. Services are not refundable once performed, which is one more reason to arrive with a few minutes to spare.

If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait inside with us. Many clients use those minutes to look over the menu on our facials page or ask a question they have been saving.

A few things to know before you set out

Our services are cosmetic. They are not medical care, and nothing we do replaces a visit to your physician or dermatologist. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have cold urticaria, have an active skin infection or have had recent surgery, please talk to your physician before booking, and tell us at check-in.

Please leave children and pets at home, with the exception of service animals. What you will find here is a focused menu of facials, body treatments and light therapy, with prices listed on our pricing page and Affirm financing available for those who prefer to pay over time. If you have a question about any treatment before you book, email us at [email protected] or call and we will answer plainly. We look forward to seeing you at Hulen Mall.
