The short answer: $420 for a 60-minute body cryotherapy session

At Vearitea Wellness Spa in Hulen Mall, Fort Worth, a body cryotherapy session is $420 for 60 minutes. That is the menu price for one 60-minute session. Parking at the mall is free, so there is no extra cost to get in the door.

We publish the price because most people want to know it before they call. Body cryotherapy is a cosmetic service, not medical care. The applicator is chilled to −6 °C and moved over the treatment area in brief, controlled passes. Your skin is never brought to that temperature. Many clients notice a temporarily firmer, smoother look in the treated area afterward. Results vary from person to person, and a single session is best thought of as a starting point rather than a finish line.

What the $420 includes, and what it does not

The session begins with a short check-in. We ask about the area you have in mind, any sensitivities, and what you are hoping to see. Then the applicator work begins. The passes are brief and the specialist keeps the applicator moving, so the sensation is a steady chill rather than a deep cold. Most of the hour is spent on the treatment itself.

What is not included matters just as much. The menu price is for one 60-minute session. Ask us in the spa how treatment areas are handled; the Exclusive package is the one listed for two areas. Our body packages are counted in treatments only. Unlike our facial packages, they do not bundle take-home daily products. If you want a product recommendation, we are happy to make one, but it is a separate purchase.

Before you book, a quick note on health. Talk to your physician first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have cold urticaria, have an active skin infection, or have had recent surgery. We would rather you ask that question before the appointment than at the front desk. You can read more about the treatment itself on our cryo body sculpting page.

The cavitation and cryo combo: $540 for one visit

Some clients pair body cryotherapy with ultrasonic cavitation. On its own, a 60-minute cavitation session is $400. The combo, which puts both into one 60-minute visit, is $540. That is $280 less than booking the two separately, and it saves a second trip to the mall.

The combo makes sense because the two treatments feel different and are aimed at different things. Cavitation uses ultrasonic energy with the goal of a smoother-looking contour over a series. Cryotherapy uses cold with the goal of a temporarily firmer look. Neither is a health treatment. The results are cosmetic, they vary, and many clients find them temporary. The combo is a reasonable way to find out which of the two you prefer, and whether you want to continue with one, the other, or both.

Bundles and body packages, with the math done for you

If you already know you want a series of combo visits, the bundles bring the per-visit price down. One combo is $540. Six are $3,095, which works out to about $516 each. Ten are $4,255, or about $426 each. Twelve are $5,095, or about $425 each. The savings are modest at six and larger at ten and twelve, which is why we suggest trying one combo before committing to a larger bundle.

Our body packages are priced by treatment count rather than by treatment type. The Pro package is 8 treatments for $2,795, or about $349 each. Premium is 12 for $4,095, or about $341 each. Exclusive is 16 treatments across two areas for $4,995, or about $312 each. VIP is 24 for $6,995, or about $291 each. Those per-treatment figures are simple division, not a promise about outcomes. Ask us in the spa how a package applies to body cryotherapy versus cavitation before you buy, so you know exactly what you are prepaying for. The full list is on our packages page.

A typical starting point for body cryotherapy is a short series, with a pause between visits to see how the area settles. That is a starting point, not a rule. Some clients stop after two or three visits because they are satisfied with the look. Others continue. We would rather you buy the smaller bundle and add to it than buy the largest one and feel locked in.

How Affirm works for packages

Affirm financing is available on purchases at our spa, including packages and bundles. The idea is simple. Instead of paying the full package price on the day, you apply with Affirm at checkout and, if approved, pay in installments over a set period. Affirm decides eligibility, the payment schedule, and any interest. We do not set those terms and cannot predict them for you, so the honest answer to the question of what your monthly payment would be is that Affirm will show you before you agree to anything.

A few practical points. Affirm is offered as a payment option, so it is worth asking about before your first visit if you plan to buy a package that day. Bring the questions you would bring to any installment plan: how many payments, over how long, and the total you will pay. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you commit. And Affirm purchases carry one difference in our refund policy, which we explain next.

The no-refund policy, stated plainly

We do not offer refunds on services. That includes single sessions, combos, bundles, and body packages. Once you purchase a bundle of ten, those ten visits are yours to use, but the money is not returned if you decide to stop at six. We would rather tell you this before you buy than have you learn it afterward.

There are two exceptions, and both are narrow. Defective products can be exchanged within 7 days. And purchases made through Affirm are eligible for a refund within 30 days. That 30-day window applies only to Affirm purchases, not to card or cash purchases of the same package. If a refund window matters to you, it is worth knowing that the two payment methods are treated differently.

Two other policies affect the value of what you buy. We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move an appointment. And if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you so the next client is not pushed back. A 60-minute session needs the full hour to be done properly, and a late start means either a rushed session or a delay for everyone after you.

Single session or bundle: how to decide

If you have never had body cryotherapy, book one session at $420 or one combo at $540. See how the cold feels on the area, how the skin looks over the next few days, and whether you want to continue. That first visit answers more questions than any article can.

If you have had it before, liked it, and know you want a series, the ten-pack of combos at $4,255 is the point where the per-visit price drops most sharply, from $540 to about $426. The twelve-pack is nearly the same per visit, so the choice between them is really about how many visits you expect to want. The body packages make the most sense for clients who want a longer series or two areas, and the Exclusive package is the only one listed for two areas.

Whatever you choose, the honest framing is this. Body cryotherapy may temporarily reduce the look of loose or uneven skin in the treated area. Many clients notice a difference. Results vary, the look is temporary, and it is a cosmetic service, not a health treatment. We are a wellness spa in Hulen Mall, not a clinic, and we are comfortable saying so. Every price is listed on our pricing page.

Questions about this guide

Does the $420 price depend on the area?

The menu price is $420 for one 60-minute session. How treatment areas are handled is best confirmed with us in the spa before you book. The Exclusive body package is the one listed for two areas.

Can I get a refund on an unused bundle?

No. We do not refund services, including unused visits in a bundle or package. The one exception is a purchase made through Affirm, which is eligible for a refund within 30 days.

How cold is body cryotherapy?

The applicator is chilled to −6 °C and kept moving in brief passes. Your skin is not brought to that temperature. Many clients describe it as a steady chill. If you have a cold sensitivity or a health condition, talk to your physician first.

Treatments at Vearitea Wellness Spa are cosmetic and wellness services, not medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, cold urticaria, an active skin infection, or have had recent surgery, talk to your physician before booking.
